1. General Terms

By booking a tour with Authentic Biking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. These terms apply to all e-mountain biking tours, guided experiences, and related services offered by BELI ZAJEC, d.o.o. through the Authentic Biking brand.

2. Booking and Payment

All tour bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payment details and schedules will be provided upon booking confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time will be charged 50% of the tour price. No-shows will be charged the full tour price. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to extreme weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Participant Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years old to join our tours. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All participants must be in good physical health and capable of riding an e-mountain bike for the duration of the tour. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking.

5. Safety and Equipment

BELI ZAJEC, d.o.o. provides high-quality e-mountain bikes, helmets, and necessary safety equipment. Participants must wear helmets at all times during the tour. Our guides will provide a safety briefing before each tour. Participants must follow all instructions given by the guide and ride responsibly. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour if they behave in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

6. Liability and Insurance

Participation in our tours is at your own risk. BELI ZAJEC, d.o.o. is not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate personal travel and health insurance. By booking a tour, you acknowledge that mountain biking involves inherent risks and agree to assume all risks associated with the activity.

7. Weather and Trail Conditions

Tours are weather-dependent and may be modified or cancelled due to unsafe conditions. Our guides will assess weather and trail conditions before and during each tour. We reserve the right to alter routes or cancel tours for safety reasons. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

8. Respect for Nature and Property

All participants must respect the natural environment, local communities, and shepherd settlements. Stay on marked trails, close all pasture gates, and do not disturb livestock or wildlife. Littering is strictly prohibited. Participants who damage property or violate local regulations will be held responsible for any costs or penalties incurred.

9. Photography and Media

BELI ZAJEC, d.o.o. may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out at the time of booking.

10. Changes to Terms

BELI ZAJEC, d.o.o. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of modification.
